I was recently sent a form through the post to complete. Yes an actual paper form, like from Victorian times!
Annoyed already that I had to do this on paper with a pen, and without handy browser autocomplete, the first thing the form asked really annoyed me.
It’s boring, but I’ll tell you the details. I’ve changed jobs recently so the form is to switch my pension to a personal one. The cover letter that came with the form has my name, address, and policy number printed. Guess what the first 3 things they ask on the form?
Name, address and policy number!
Come on!
They could have autocompleted that for me, why make me fill those out all over again?!
